Privacy policy
Effective November 1, 2026
This policy covers TPE Command Center, a private web dashboard run by Truewild Collective for its YouTube channel, The Patient Earth. Only the channel owner can sign in; it has no other users.
YouTube API Services
TPE Command Center uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to it, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
What Google data it reads
When the channel owner connects YouTube, they grant read-only access to:
-
YouTube channel and video details
(
youtube.readonly): the channel's name and subscriber count, and each video's title, publish date, thumbnail, length, privacy status and view count. -
YouTube Analytics (
yt-analytics.readonly): views, watch time, subscribers gained, how viewers found the channel (traffic sources and search terms), the devices they watched on, and audience retention. -
YouTube Analytics revenue
(
yt-analytics-monetary.readonly): estimated revenue.
The app can't upload, edit or delete anything on YouTube, and it doesn't read any other Google data, such as email, contacts or files.
How the data is used
Only to show the channel's statistics to the channel owner in the dashboard. It is not sold, not shared with anyone, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
Where it's stored
- The statistics, and the access token Google issues when the channel is connected, are kept in the app's database, hosted by Supabase. The token is only readable by the app's server, never by a browser.
- The app runs on Cloudflare, which handles requests to it.
- The app only sets the cookies it needs to work: the sign-in session and display preferences, such as your time zone. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking.
Keeping and deleting data
- The data is kept while the channel stays connected.
- Disconnect in the app's Settings revokes the app's Google access and deletes the stored token at once. Statistics already saved stay until you ask for them to be deleted (see Contact below).
- You can also remove the app's access at any time from your Google account's third-party access page, or from Google's security settings.
Changes
If the app starts using data in a new way, this policy will be updated first, with a new effective date.
